First off, I need to give my friends over at Phonefoam a shoutout for sending these two cases for review. If you would like to check out their products, head on over HERE!!!
Let me start off by saying that this is the first time I have been able to rock the Phonefoam cases for my iPhone 6 Plus. The first case, the Cure Case, offers a very minimalistic design that offers valuable drop protection for your devices. The Cure is made of strong TPU material that is sturdy enough to take a small bump should you drop or hit your phone on a surface. The case is also fully transparent allowing you to show off your phone’s natural beauty. The case has cut outs for the headphone and lightning jack, the rear-facing camera, and mute switch with raised up buttons for the volume and power buttons. The added benefit of this case is that there are flaps on the headphone and lightning jack to prevent dust and dirt getting into those ports. The front of the Cure has a lip that allows you to place this phone down on an even surface if you like to put your phone face down on the table.
The other case provided is the Golf Fit which is made up of a hybrid of TPU and high-quality polycarbonate and offers a little bit more drop protection compared to the cure. This case is available in different colors (the one we got was the dark silver). Like the Cure, it too has cut outs for the speaker, audio and Lightning jacks, as well as the rear facing camera, and the mute switch. It’s the same deal for the power and volume buttons, having raised up rubber allowing you to easily press these buttons. The great thing about the Golf Fit is that it also doubles as a credit card holder, allowing for up to two credit cards to be placed in the slot seen in the back of the phone. It does seem tight enough that your credit cards are secured and will not fall off the case. I myself especially love these types of cases that add a little bit more functionality to your phone. I will definitely be rocking this case for those times where I don’t want to carry both a phone and a wallet with me (ie. for night out of town, working out, etc.).
If you’re looking for cases for your phones, I would definitely encourage you to check out the Phonefoam cases! They add a very minimalistic design (if you choose the Cure Case), and can add functionality (with the Golf Fit) to whatever smartphone you’re using.
