The film awards season is now in full effect! Lots of shiny statues are being cast, polished and engraved as we speak, and a lucky few just might get their hands on an award or two. But you don’t have to be old and white like an Oscar voter to decide who wins the 2019 EE Rising Star Award at the Bafta Film Awards on the 10th of February at the Royal Albert Hall.
