It is that time of year again when everyone is gearing up for the upcoming summer’s festivals, eagerly anticpating a plethora of lineup announcements. Well, for fans of the Cheltenham-based festival 2000 Trees, the first lot of bands have officially been announced, including one of the weekend’s headliners.
British punk band Slaves will be heading the bill for one of the festival’s days and joining them will be: Nothing But Thieves, Jamie Lenman, Pulled Apart By Horses, Dinosaur Pile-Up, Feed The Rhino, Muncie Girls, Black Foxxes, Area 11, Vukovi, Queen Kwong, The One Hundred, Steven Batelle, Tigercub, Wars, Petrol Girls, Greywind, Strange Bones, Making Monsters, Straight Lines, Grumble Bee, SHVPES, Bad Sign, Away Days, Bellevue Days, Weirds, Milestones, Personl Best, Doe, Cassels, Fizzy Blood, Jonah Matranga, Giants, Louise Distras, Apologies, I Have None, The St. Pierre Snake Invasion, Polary and Soeur.
Tickets for the festival, which is taking place from July 6-8 at Upcote Farm, are available from the website www.twothousandtreesfestival.co.uk, and with the lineup already looking rather impressive (and even more to come) get them whilst they are hot boys and girls!
