Naughty Dog has denied The Last of Us: Remastered will be releasing next week.
Earlier today reports surfaced that the PS4 edition of the studio’s 2013 critically acclaimed survival-thriller would be released on June 13th after leaked promo materials from GAME were posted on IGN.
A tweet from a GAME store in Barnsley also said the title was releasing on June 13th but later deleted the tweet and apologized.
Naughty Dog have since told IGN: “As we’ve announced, The Last of Us: Remastered for PS4 will release this summer. An official release date, though, has not yet been announced for the game. The release date is not June 13th. We will keep you posted on an official release date.”
The Remastered edition will feature all previously released DLC, including the story-based Left Behind DLC.
