Warner Bros Apologizes for Batman: Arkham Origins Problems

[dropcap]W[/dropcap]arner Bros. Games have apologised to gamers after receiving several reports that players are experiencing a range of problems with the newly released Batman: Arkham Origins.

The company recently addressed several bugs that gamers were experiencing such as corrupted saves to crashing and freezing issues. Other players have reported problems where their character will endure endless loops of falling, making it impossible for them to continue their campaign. Another problem is players being unable to continue their story due to the “Continue” and “New Game” buttons not showing up.

Warner Bros. say they are currently gathering all the information they can on the issues in order to fix them and are hoping to release updates within the next week.

On their blog, a statement from Warner Bros. Games read: “It has come to our attention that there are issues that are negatively impacting the experience for some players. The team has been working around the clock to review, validate and pinpoint the problems that have been reported and we have identified three main issues which we are tackling first.

“For these issues, we expect the software update to be available within the next week. Rest assured, we are continuing to monitor all channels for other issues that players are experiencing and will release additional updates as they become available.”

They also thanked their fans for the support and helping to identify the problems. “We’d like to sincerely thank everyone who has joined us since the launch of the game,” they said. “We appreciate the fan support and also want to thank all the people in the field who have sent us their saved games as they have been invaluable in helping us identify the problems.

Batman: Arkham Origins is out now for PS3, Xbox 360, PC and Wii U.
