ESCAPE Dead Island release date announced

Deep Silver today announced the release date for ESCAPE Dead Island.

The Dead Island spin-off title will launch on November 18th in North America and November 21st in Europe.

The third-person single-player survival-mystery title will detail the origins of the zombie outbreak and the story between Dead Island and its upcoming sequel, Dead Island 2.

Cliff Calo arrives on the island of Narapela as he sets out to document the unexplained events that where rumored to have happened there. He soon begins to realize not everything is as it seems.

Developed by Fatshark Sweden, it will be available for Xbox 360 and PlayStation 3, and PC.

A new trailer was also released today.
