Payday 2 coming to next-gen consoles

Payday 2 is coming to next-gen consoles, 505 Games have revealed.

The studio announced via their Twitter account that the co-operative heist-shooter title will be coming to the PlayStation 4 and Xbox One.

Titled Payday 2: Crimewave Edition,(via Gamespot) it will have “enhanced features” and “new bonus content”.

Little else was revealed but more information soon was promised.

A sequel to Payday: The Heist, players must commit bank heists to earn more money.

Critically acclaimed upon released in August 2013, it has sold 1.58 million copies as of September 2013
