Hitman: Absolution – Elite Edition will be released for Mac this spring, Feral Interactive announced today.
Developed by Io-Interactive, the stealth crime-adventure follows Agent 47 must protect a vulnerable girl with whom he shares an unhappy connection.
Hunted by the police, marked for death by his former employers and locked in conflict with a ruthless arms dealer, 47 must use his enhanced instincts and deadly skills to eliminate his enemies and save the girl.
The Elite Edition will challenge players to assassinate enemies using creative stealth techniques.
All previously release content for Hitman: Absolution will be included, as well as Hitman: Sniper Challenge, which sees player pick off their enemies using only a sniper.
Also included is the “Contracts” mode, a mission-creation mode where players can roam the story mode levels, assassinate targets of their choice by any means possible, then challenge other players to do the same by sharing the contracts online.
“In Hitman: Absolution – Elite Edition, players who take the time to explore will discover a wealth of lethal opportunities,” said David Stephen, Managing Director of Feral Interactive.
“A nightclub owner who decides to party the night away beneath a precariously-hanging disco ball is just asking for trouble…”
