Hosted by Activision Blizzard, Infinity Ward and Xbox, in partnership with Major League Gaming, the tournament will take place from March 28th to the 30th in Los Angeles with 32 teams from six continents, including North America, South America, Europe, Africa, Asia and Australia.
The qualifying round will be held through online tournaments played on the Xbox 360 whilst the live regional finals will be played on the Xbox One and broadcasted online via MLG.tv & Xbox Live and is open to all qualified players, whether professional gamers or not, provided they meet the requirements of the official rules and regulations.

The skill, passion and energy brought by these teams and the crowd looking-on showed just what makes our community the best in the world.”
“Call of Duty is more than a video game. It’s a pastime shared by millions. It’s exciting to play and fun to watch, and we can’t wait to see what this year’s event has in store.”
