With E3 fast approaching the next few months are going to be huge for gaming. In the meantime, June will see the return and remaster of some big titles including Far Cry, The Legend of Heroes, and Hollow Knight as well as a much anticipated new game from the makers of the Yakuza series.
Warhammer: Chaosbane
Release: 4th June
Platform: PlayStation 4, Xbox One
Drawing inspiration from the classics of the hack ‘n’ slash genre, Warhammer: Chaosbane is the first action RPG set in the Warhammer fantasy universe. Roam the Old World solo or in co-op mode to fight hundreds of deadly creatures as you try to save Magnus, the last defender of the Empire of Man from the evil clutches of Chaos. Warhammer: Chaosbane attempts to set itself apart from traditional hack ‘n’ slash games by offering an intense gaming experience, dynamic gameplay mechanisms with plenty of customisation options.
The Legend of Heroes: Trails of Cold Steel II
Release: 7th June

Making a name for itself on PS Vita and PS3, The Legend of Heroes: Trails of Cold Steel II has been remastered and is coming to PlayStation 4 featuring 4K/60 FPS support, streamlined gameplay, and for the first time on console, the option to play with the original Japanese dialogue. Trails of Cold Steel II picks up just one month after the events of the first game changed the fate of the entire nation of Erebonia. Players continue Rean’s journey as he works tirelessly to right the wrongs that have led his country to disarray.
Far Cry 4 and 5 Double Pack

In Far Cry 4, take on the role of Ajay Ghale as you travel to the Himalayan country of Kyrat where you find yourself caught in a civil war to overthrow the oppressive regime of dictator Pagan Min. Far Cry 5, the latest and fastest selling title in the series, is set in Hope County, Montana, where a radical preacher named Joseph Seed has risen to prominence and brought with him a militaristic doomsday cult.
Bloodstained: Ritual of the Night
Release: 21st June

Bloodstained: Ritual of the Night is a gothic horror action side-scrolling RPG set in 19th century England. A paranormal force has summoned a demon-infested castle, revealing crystal shards infused with tremendous magical power. Play as Miriam, an orphan scarred by an alchemist’s curse which slowly crystallizes her body. To save humanity, and herself in the process, Miriam must fight through the castle and defeat the summoner, Gebel. Collect, craft and unlock a vast array of weapons, equipment and loot to defeat the countless minions and bosses of hell that await.
Crash Team Racing: Nitro Fueled
Release: 21st June

Crash Bandicoot is back in the driving seat. Feel nostalgic with this fully remastered and revved up game including original game modes, characters, tracks, power-ups, and weapons. Combining features from Crash Team Racing and Crash Nitro Kart, this is the perfect game to take you back to your childhood.
Samurai Shodown
Release: 25th June

Samurai Shodown is back after more than a decade. SNK is rebooting one of its most successful series, carrying on the legacy of past titles with a new game that retains the same thrilling battles of past titles in a graphically advanced package. The gameplay in Samurai Shodown is driven by the tense atmosphere of being one strike away from death, and the exhilaration of defeating an opponent with overwhelming power and attacks. Taking place between the events of the original game and 2003’s Samurai Shodown V, this new game carries on the legacy of the one true weapon-based fighter.

The Sinking City

Hollow Knight

Beneath the fading town of Dirtmouth sleeps an ancient, forgotten kingdom. Many are drawn beneath the surface searching for riches, glory, and answers to old secrets. As the mysterious Hollow Knight, you’ll traverse the depths, unravel its mysteries and conquer its evils. Hollow Knight is an epic 2D action-adventure where you will explore twisting caverns, battle tainted creatures and escape intricate traps, all to solve an ancient long-hidden mystery.
