The new Doom is to be unveiled at QuakeCon, it was announced yesterday.
A teaser trailer, shown above, for ID Software’s upcoming first-person shooter title was shown during E3 yesterday and revealed the game’s official reveal will take place at QuakeCon 2014.
The next installment in the classical Doom series, originally titled Doom 4 but later changed to simply Doom, was first announced back in 2008 but has been in development hell for years before production final began in 2011.
Back in February, it was announced that gamers who pre-order Wolfenstien: The New Order would gain access to the Beta version.
QuakeCon, a yearly convention taking place in Dallas, Texas, will take place from July 17th to July 20th.
