The trademark for Agent, Rockstar Games’ PS3 exclusive, has been extended, official documents have revealed.
Documents filed with the United States Patent and Trademark Office have revealed that the trademark for Agent was requested for extension on May 21st and has been granted by the office.
IGN reached out to Take-Two Interactive, publishers, but they refused to comment
Agent has been stuck in development at Rockstar North since being announced back in 2007.
The game, a stealth action title set during the Cold War in the 1970s, was revealed as a PlayStation 3 exclusive but little has since been revealed other than a small selection of screenshots.
It was long thought the title might’ve been cancelled but in May 2011 Take-Two confirmed the title was still in production. In July 2013, the trademark was renewed.
