Titanfall beats inFAMOUS: Second Son as best selling game in US
Titanfall has beaten PS4 exclusive inFAMOUS: Second Son for top spot as best selling game in the US for March.
Titanfall was the best selling game in the US for the month of March, The NPD Group has revealed.
The firm revealed (via IGN) that the Xbox and PC exclusive multiplayer shooter title had out-sold PlayStation 4’s exclusive title inFamous: Second Son and was the second-highest selling Xbox One game.
South Park: The Stick of Truth came third, just ahead of Call of Duty: Ghosts who claimed fourth place and Dark Souls II earned fifth spot beating Metal Gear Solid V: Ground Zeros.
NBA 2K14 came seventh ahead of Final Fantasy X/X-2 HD Remaster for PS3 and Vita whilst The LEGO Movie Video Game came ninth and Minecraft settled with tenth place.
Whilst hardware sales increased 3%, total software sales reached $432 million.
