The release date for Watch Dogs has possibly been revealed via the Sony Entertainment Network Store.
A listing for the highly anticipated hacker-thriller appeared on the store over the weekend and as of today still remains.
According to the listing, Watch Dogs is set to release on June 30th.
It’s possible that the listing is just a place holder as Ubisoft previously announced that the game is projected to release sometime between April 1st and June 30th.
Set in Chicago, you play as Aiden Pearce, a hacker and former thug, whose criminal past led to a violent family tragedy. While seeking justice for those events, you’ll monitor and hack those around you by manipulating the ctOS from the palm of your hand.
Originally intended to release in November last year, Ubisoft delayed the game until 2014 in October.
Watch Dogs will be available for PC, Xbox One, Xbox 360, PS4, PS3 and Wii U.
We’ve reached out to Ubisoft for comment – so far, no word back.
