Reef Entertainment have announced that Rambo: The Video Game is to launch this February.
The game, based on the Rambo trilogy staring Sylvester Stallone, will be released in Europe on February 21st whilst a release for North America and Canada is expected in the first quarter of 2014.
Developed by Teyon, Rambo: The Video Game will see players take the role as protagonist John Rambo and re-enact scenes from First Blood, Rambo: First Blood Part II and Rambo III.
With the help of the film’s studio, StudioCanal, the game will feature original on-set recordings from John Rambo actor Sylvester Stallone and Col. Samuel Trautman actor Richard Crenna.
A Reef spokesperson said in a press release: “We are delighted to announce the final EU release date for Rambo: The Video Game and although the main game is now complete our journey with Rambo continues as we will soon start development on the game’s first DLC expansion pack with our partners at Teyon.”
