Imran Khan slams Twitter – Actor Imran Khan has criticised the social networking site Twitter, which he believes permits its users to behave irresponsibly. The 30 year old actor did have a Twitter account but left it three years ago. “I think Twitter is low and cheap and I see no reason to join it” said Imran to a leading Indian newspaper.“Why should I let people intrude into my life and let them know about my activities 24×7? My gatekeepers don’t let everyone enter my house. So, why should I let anyone enter my pocket through my phone to follow me wherever I go?” “Twitter is making people follow mob culture and lose their individuality,” added Imran. “Anonymity and lack of monitoring makes them say things they would never say at your face.” Imran’s latest film, Once Upon A Time in Mumbai Dobara, is scheduled for release on 15 August where he stars for the first time opposite Akshay Kumar and Sonakshi Sinha.
