BAFTA winning composer to score Murdered: Soul Suspect

BAFTA award-winning composer Jason Graves will be providing the score for Square Enix's upcoming thriller title.

A BAFTA award-winning composer will be providing the score for Square Enix’s Murdered: Soul Suspect.

The thriller title, developed by Airtight Games, will be scored by Jason Graves, an American composer who provided the score for 2013’s Tomb Raider and Dead Space.

He also provided the score for upcoming films Adrenaline and Unknown Caller.

“Graves’ masterful atmospheric score for Murdered: Soul Suspect illustrates the game’s story and character arcs through a visceral hybrid approach, combining themes and textures performer by live string quartet with found sounds and experimental percussion,” said Square Enix in a press release.

Players will control Ronan O’Connor, a Salem police detective shortly after being murdered by a serial killer. Trapped in Dusk, a limbo world, he must piece together the mystery of his own death and bring his killer to justice.

It releases on June 6th for PlayStation 4, PlayStation 3, Xbox One, Xbox 360, and PC.
