At 11am eastern time on 2nd May, the latest trailer for Red Dead Redemption 2 (2018) will be available on Rockstar Games’ website and their official YouTube channel.
The last trailers for the upcoming sequel to Rockstar Games’ Red Dead Redemption (2010) have consisted mainly of cinematic cut-scenes, and it is speculated that tomorrow’s trailer will contain gameplay footage.
Red Dead Redemption 2 will focus on a new protagonist, Arthur Morgan, and its story will be a prequel to Red Dead Redemption, focusing on the Van Der Linde gang that the first game’s protagonist, John Marston, was part of.
No game modes have been confirmed so far outside of the standard single player. But it is expected that, given the success of GTA Online that a similar online mode will form part of the Red Dead Redemption 2 experience.
Red Dead Redemption 2 was originally slated to release in Spring this year but, “will be available worldwide for PlayStation 4 and Xbox One systems on October 26, 2018,” according to a statement provided to Roobla from Rockstar Games.
