Video: Alita: Battle Angel – Trailer

Despite being busy with several Avatar sequels, James Cameron has found the time to produce an adaptation of the manga, Battle Angel: Alita directed by Robert Rodriguez and the first trailer is now available for us to lay our big eyes upon.

Rosa Salazar plays Alita, a cyborg who has no memory of how she came to be. Nursed back to health by cyber-doctor Ido (Christoph Waltz) he helps her navigate her new life and the treacherous streets of Iron City, whilst shielding her from her mysterious past. When deadly forces come after her, she discovers she has extraordinary fighting abilities and becomes determined to uncover the truth behind her origin.

Alita: Battle Angel arrives in UK cinemas 20th July 2018.
