12GB PlayStation 3 owners must buy additional storage for GTA Online
Rockstar says that owners of 12GB PlayStation 3s will have access to GTA Online prevented if additional storage is not purchased.
Rockstar Games have said that owners of 12GB PlayStation 3s will need to buy additional storage otherwise they won’t be able to gain access to GTA Online.
In an update on their support website, Rockstar said that GTA V title updates after 1.16, which was released on August 19th, will “require owners to purchase additional storage”
“If not enough space is available on the system, hardware limitations will prevent players from accessing GTA Online,” the update read.
“All updates and content must remain installed on the system in order to maintain compatibility for all players within GTA Online.”
Also, access to GTA V’s story mode will only be accessible without connecting to the PlayStation Network and without future updates.
