A 5-minute gameplay trailer for Batman: Arkham Knight has been released.
Warner Bros. and DC Entertainment today released the new trailer following its presentation during Sony’s E3 conference last night.
The trailer details the Battle Mode of Rocksteady Studio’s upcoming final title in the Batman: Arkham series.
Announced back in March, Arkham Knight takes place one year following the events of Rocksteady’s 2011 installment, Arkham City.
Batman faces the ultimate threat against the city he is sworn to protect when The Scarecrow returns to unite an impressive roster of super villains to destroy The Dark Knight forever.
It will feature classic Batman villains such as Penguin, Two-Face, Harley Quinn, and the all-new villain, The Arkham Knight.
For the first time in the series, the Batmobile will be a core element of the game with an entire new area of Gotham City.
Originally scheduled for release in late 2014, the game was delayed earlier this month until 2015.
It will be released for Xbox One, PlayStation 4 and PC.
