Dark Souls II will be available for PC users today, Bandai Namco Games Europe announced today.
The critically acclaimed action-fantasy title is available via Steam as of today and will be available via retailers from May 2nd.
Featuring increased texture resolution and enhanced frame rates, the sequel to the 2011 original will support both gamepads and mouse-and-keyboard control options.
Dark Souls II revolves around a cursed male traveler trying to find a cure for his curse.

“After the amazing console version release in March 2014, we are bringing the unforgiving yet beguiling universe of Dark Souls to PC gamers. Prepare to face incredible and extremely tough enemies, prepare to discover wonderful lands which hide countless secrets waiting for you, prepare to go beyond death with Dark Souls II.”
The title is also currently available for PlayStation 3 and Xbox 360.
