Eight brand new screenshots for Alien: Isolation have been released.
Based on the 1979 Alien film, directed by Ridley Scott, the game is due for release in late 2014 on next-gen and current-gen consoles along with a release on PC. It is to be developed by Creative Assembly.
Playing as Amanda Ripley, in an atmosphere of constant dread and mortal danger as an unpredictable, players will have to evade the ruthless Xenomorph as it stalks and kills deep in the shadows of a decommissioned trading station in the fringes of space. Players must scavenge for resources to succeed the mission and evade death.
The eight new screenshots show the game’s immersive environments and show the Alien creature lurking in the shadows and close up.
